My mobile was stolen on 25 Nov in France and want to report it to O2. But I couldn't find any form to report it on website, as i don't speak German, I can't call to O2. Can you help me how I can report the mobile stolen and how my insurance cover it. I have a report from the police.
you can block your SIM-Card online:
o2.de-->Meino2-->Tarif & SIM-Karte-->SIM-Karte verwalten-->SIM-Karte sperren und entsperren.

I have been trying to block Simcard since last Saturday, however, it keeps showing below error message and it is not possible to block Simcards via website.
The error message.

I have reported my mobile stolen to Telefonica, and still waiting for the answer.
Any way, according my mobile stolen, I can't use my mobile right now. How can i pause my program until I get new mobile?

My phone is stolen in Madrid and I am trying unsuccessfully to block my number. I tried to call as well but it doesn't go through. Can you help me to block my number ASAP? Thanks

You can do it yourself in meino2.

Of course as a second phone with additional charges. The lost phone you have to pay, until the creditbalance of it went to zero (so, until the 24 month are payed).
when did you sign the contract, maybe it is possible the prolongate your contract, so you get additional discount. Wait for a moderator.
You have two separate contracts - the tarif (service) and the phone (purchase).
It is possible to buy a new phone at any time but if your tarif contract can be renewed you can get a discount if you buy a new phone at the same time. You will of course still have to pay the remaining instalments for the lost phone.
