My mobile was stolen on 25 Nov in France and want to report it to O2. But I couldn't find any form to report it on website, as i don't speak German, I can't call to O2. Can you help me how I can report the mobile stolen and how my insurance cover it. I have a report from the police.

you can block your SIM-Card online:



o2.de-->Meino2-->Tarif & SIM-Karte-->SIM-Karte verwalten-->SIM-Karte sperren und entsperren.



The fastest way to get a new card is to visit an o2-Shop:

I have been trying to block Simcard since last Saturday, however, it keeps showing below error message and it is not possible to block Simcards via website. 



The error message. 



"Beim Ändern Ihrer Einstellungen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut."

I have reported my mobile stolen to Telefonica, and still waiting for the answer. 



Any way, according my mobile stolen, I can't use my mobile right now. How can i pause my program until I get new mobile?

This is not possible. You've got to continue paying the fees as o2 is not responsible for the loss of your mobile.

i lost my o2 phone yesterday night ,my handy nummer is +49 176 328 43192,please do block my sim, currently i am paying 69 euro for my contract,would it be poosible if i can get a replacement phone

You can do it yourself in meino2.

 

a new phone you can buy in o2 Store or Amazon etc.

what about my monthly contract of 70 euro? can I get a new phone with the same contract?

when did you sign the contract, maybe it is possible the prolongate your contract, so you get additional discount. Wait for a moderator.

You have two separate contracts - the tarif (service) and the phone (purchase).

It is possible to buy a new phone at any time but if your tarif contract can be renewed you can get a discount if you buy a new phone at the same time. You will of course still have to pay the remaining instalments for the lost phone.
