Mobile internet not working when I go to another country

Hi, 

I purchased a prepaid sim card yesterday in Germany and now I am in Austria and the internet is not working. I am connected to a local cellular network and I can make phone calls, but no internet connection. 

Please advise. Thank you.

Do you currently have a prepaid package booked? That you can connect to an austrian net is already a good sign though.

Hey @Mojibake 
I wish you a happy new year. What do you mean it doesn't work? Is the device not connecting to a network or do you simply have no data throughput? What is displayed?
