Mobile Data not working after Renewing service

Hello,

After renewing my plan “O2 my Prepaid Smartphone-Tarif,” I recieved the SMS that I now have the service once more for another year. I can make phone calls but the internet does not work when it is on mobile data. Mobile Data was working just fine right before the plan ended on 09.06, and at midnight of 10.06 i recieved an SMS my plan ended, so I renewed the plan once more, recieved confirmation and still no internet. I have restarted my phone, I have turned off and on both mobile data and wifi, I have let it just try to load an app or site, and nothing. all that I see next to the reception bar is the letter E and an exclamation point (!) on the reception bars. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
