Hello, I have problem with Mobile Data Internet.

I have bought the SIM card at Rossman and I have activated it through PostIdent Coupon, but my mobile internet is not working now.

I am using Iphone, when I turn on 3G it goes to E.

LTE not working also.

I have been to 3 o2 markets to see if they can fix the problem but I have had no luck.

Also today I made a call to Hotlines o2 but still I couldnt get my Mobile Data internet to work.

Which option did you book?


I bought 6.5GB LTE Max, O2 Prepaid M


Reset the network settings in the iPhone.


I did Reset settings in Mobile Data Network


Mobile Data Network is looking like this, maybe i need to change something here?


your screenshot looks ok. But you are connected to a WiFi network, switch off WiFi on the iPhone and restart it.


I dont have internet if i switch off Wi-Fi

strange, you have reset your settings, mobile data is switched on and there is no lock and it still doesn't work. But are you in Germany?


Yes, im in Germany, trying to get this Mobile Data to work for days now, but no luck.


is your pack really active?


how can i check that?


you can see in the customer portal. The pack runtime is displayed there.

I bought the M packet - 14.99Euro, but that one shows up


you are on the basic tariff. book a smartphone pack, only then will it work. You may need to top up your credit beforehand.


but i bought the 6.5 GB internet pack 

Do i need to but Internet pack again?


I will buy new internet pack again, its simpler that way I believe. Thank you so much for solving my problem and replying quickly


On the packaging it says that the SIM card is activated in the basic tariff. You could have selected a suitable smartphone option when registering. you probably forgot that. I would top up credit and then book a pack.

My credit balance is 15 EUR. But unable to get the Internet. Speed of the Internet is very low. Restart the mobile and toggling to airplane mode. But no progress in the Internet speed 


After top up for 15 EUR. Do I need anything to do for getting proper Internet?

Did you also book a suitable internet package? If not, you can do this i.e. in the Mein o2 app or in our customer portal (Mein o2).
