Hello Everyone,

o2 really made crazy to be honest. I am not happy with their customer services especially German one. The last time i talked with German guy and there was nothing like he is working in call center but employee of Auslanderbehorde. “Wir müssen Deutsch Sprechen” and he just cut the call and it was rude.

coming to the main topic. I wanted to terminate my contract but i don’t know how i clicked contract extension and now there is written in status “Deine Vertragsverlängerung ist derzeit in Prüfung.” which i don’t want anymore because it is expensive. i already did online cancellation. but i don’t know if they are going to cancel it or extend it?

No problem, as long as you have completed the extension online, you can make use of your “14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht”.
