Missing Ident-Code for Order


I am trying to complete the identity verification for my O2 order (Number: XXXXXX). I do not have an Ident-Code. Could you please check my order in your system and provide me with the necessary code or a direct link to start the verification process?

 By the way I registered my account in April, and i forgot to finish it, I think I have to provide my id to pass the verification, but first I have to get the iDNow know who I am

Once again, registration and identification are not possible without the SIM card number; deleting the account won't help either.
