What kind of contract do you have with o2?

I have multiple prepaid and house internet contract from O2. I am customer since 2013.

Log in using the corresponding phone numbers as the username.

I did and that’s not the problem. After entering the username, password and verification code, I get an error message stating can’t login due to technical

issue . Try again later.

This affects many prepaid customers. A solution has been in the works for a long time. Use the customer portal via a browser.
