I applied for lap top on instalment and they deducted the amount instantly, but I got rejection.It’s been more than two weeks but I have not got my amount back.The customer service is not responding too.what should I do now?

I ordered a MacBook Air M2 almost two weeks ago.The amount of 185€ was deducted instantly but very next day I git rejection.I called customer service they said you’ll receive refund within two weeks.It has been more than two weeks and I received nothing yet.I need money urgently.Please refund my amount as I need it.

Hey!!I ordered a MacBook on 6th of December and payment of 185€ was done.They rejected my offer and then I called customer service.They said I’ll receive refund with in two weeks but it’s more than two weeks now.Anyone help me with this please.I need my money urgently.
