LTE Coverage Issue in home

Hi,

At home, I can only see GSM coverage, not LTE. From the coverage report, it is shown LTE is available on my location, but don't get LTE signal on my phone.

unfortunately, there are several base stations with restrictions in your area. These need to be repaired first. You are welcome to check the current status here, but we don't have much insight into what the technicians are doing. Sorry…

    Hi,

     

    Most of the time my phone number is not able to receive calls from other parties.

    could you please what is needed to investigate why MT calls are not successfull?
