Loyal customer since 2012 looking for renewal offer (Unlimited Max + Samsung Tablet)

Hello O2 Team,

I have been a loyal O2 customer since 2012, currently on the O2 Blue All-in L plan (paying €44.99/month).

To be honest, this legacy plan is no longer practical or beneficial for my current needs. I am at a point where I am considering switching to another provider unless I can find a competitive reason to stay with O2.

I would like to renew my contract and switch to the O2 Mobile Unlimited Max (2025/2026) plan. Since I am a Google Pixel user, I am looking for an Android tablet for my studies (specifically the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ or a similar S-series model with stylus support).

My goal is to keep my total monthly bill (Tariff + Tablet) around my current €44.99 or better yet LOWER.

Could a moderator please look into my account and send me a personalized offer via email? Since I am still working on my German, I would prefer to handle this via email rather than over the phone so I can review the details clearly.

Hi ​@EW_Sindo_DE, thank you for your message and for the detailed information. I’ve prepared an offer for you and sent it via email. It includes the o2 Mobile Unlimited Max together with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ (with stylus support).

Regarding your request for a one-time payment for the device: unfortunately this is not possible in the context of a contract extension. For that reason, the tablet is included in the offer with 24 monthly installments.

I also checked the Kombi-Vorteil for you. Since your DSL and mobile contract are running under separate customer numbers, the Kombi-Vorteil cannot be applied to this tariff. However, I made sure that the discount in your offer is at the same level as the Kombi-Vorteil would be, and it is granted as a lifetime discount, so it will remain permanently.

The offer is valid for 8 days, so you can take your time to review everything and decide without any pressure. If you have any questions or would like any adjustments, just let me know here and I’ll be happy to help. 😊

Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

I have already checked the link for personal offers. However, I noticed that for the O2 Mobile Unlimited Max (2025/2026) plan, there are currently no offers that include a tablet - only mobile phones are available. Is there a way to see tablet bundles for this specific plan, or could you assist me with a manual offer?

Thank you so much for the quick response. It’s really helpful to have someone look into this for me.

I’ve been doing some research, and it would be greatly helpful to see an offer for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ 5G - any color except lavander 😊(with stylus support), paired with the O2 Mobile Unlimited Max (2025/2026) tariff.

I also have my home internet with O2 (currently at €19.99/month). So, if it’s possible to include the Kombivorteil in the offer, that would be wonderful.

One specific request: Could you please include an option for a one-time payment for the tablet? I am open to paying more upfront if it helps to bring the monthly cost for the tariff and hardware well below my current €44.99 bill. I’m hoping to secure a lower monthly rate for the coming years.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what you can put together. Thanks again for your assistance.
