I lost my Sim and I asked from O2 shop for a replacement.
they said it’s impossible by them and I have to just call prepaid services.
I called and they just talked in german and I can’t.
also I find a general call service number in English but they said just we can do it for postpaid, if you transform to postpaid we can do that for you in English.
In this time I do not want to change. just want to get replace my sim in the prepaid contract I had before.
