lost my sim and deactivation

Dear O2 community,

       I lost my mobile, along with O2 sim card. Since i do not speak german, please help me proceed to deactivate my sim card.

A lost mobile phone is always very annoying. 

Is the sim card the number you are registered with here? 

This is a prepaid card that was already blocked on 13.12. due to inactivity.

Hi @Suripoorilorry,

thank you for getting back to me. 
You can port your phone number to another provider within the first 30 days after deactivation. 
I have linked how you can do this.
