Losing LTE signal

I’m constantly losing LTE signal, and because O2 turned off 3G, I have no connection with Internet for most of the time. This is riddiculous, I use my mobile mostly for mobile Internet, and for now it’s almost useless.

This is net status, which I see the most. I live in 47623. Please tell me, if your network coverage is so weak, or it’s a problem with my SIM card, or phone.

Hi @MKopacz

welcome to our English Community.

Thanks for your screenshot and your message. I see that you only have poor Edge-signal.

Did you activate LTE/4G in the network-settings of your phone?

Please check also our online-livecheck: Livecheck

Yes, I've got LTE priority in settings. LTE is working, but I lose connection all the time.

It happens all the time, and everywhere. Even in roaming

@MKopacz

right now there is a disturbance in one of your base stations near by. But if you have the same problems anywhere it seems to be a problem with your device or the SIM card. Which type of mobile phone are we talking about?

Hi @MKopacz,

does it get better, when you turn off your phone for 2 or 3 Minutes and turn it on again or does it show you the same?

When you turn it off for a short part of time, the phone registrate itself new to the stations near by.

Greetings
Juliane
