Login error


Dear O2 team,

I am trying to login with Mobile number, shows that “You are not yet registered for "my O 2 ". To register, please use the following linkfor registration

 

It is important to mention that I have already registered my mobile number in November 2020. Since then I am logging in with sms-code.

However, today after restarting my phone I could not enter my PIN and PUK code. Therefore, I tried to log in in My O2. 

 

On the other hand, after I logged in to the O2 website using  my email address, I can only see the information about the “O2 my Home M internet contract”. But I can not see the other information of my O2 sim card in order to see my Sim PIN and Sim PUK code.

 

Any help or suggestions in this matter would be extremely appreciated.
