Locked Phone

Hello, I'm from Poland. Last year I bought a Samsung S24 from a pawn shop in Poland, and now it's blocked. Could you please check the IMEI number?

What can I do now?

Please do not post any personal data and write in English!

The S24 cannot be unlocked here because o2 does not sell its devices with a SIM lock!

There is no any personal data. I just want to know what to do with this phone as it is from O2. This is not sim lock, but something like for payment.

The IMEI is personal and none of anyone else's business.

Apart from mobile phones before the era of smartphone we never sold phones with a SIM lock, therefore for your S24 there will be a different reason it is blocked.

Did you use a PIN or some other way to lock it?

I can see something like this, software block. Can i give you imei number so you can check it?

I asked internally, ​@mateuszek55, the message unfortunately means that the smartphone has been either stolen or disappeared and blocked on our behalf.

Which means that it has to be send back to us, Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Georg-Brauchle-Ring 50 80992 München Deutschland.
