I have an O2 Homespot contract and also an O2 prepaid sim.
I tried to register on the O2 website, but can only see details of the prepaid sim and not my Homespot.

I’m also in the middle of upgrading to DSL.  I’ve received a Fritzbox in the post but have had no other details from O2 (useful thing like account number/phone number or even login details to complete the setup.

How do I tie them all together to see in one place.

The O2 app is no good by the way - my prepaid sim is a second card in my iPhone which is primarily connected to my iTunes account in the UK.  If I try and download the O2 app I get a message that the app is not available in my country.

Hello @MrTony . Welcome to our community, we’re happy to have you 🌻

Unfortunately the prepaid contract and your Homespot contract are not able to be connected to each other, as they lie on different systems which in return can only be managed via their respective App.

The only way to see both in one app would be to create a mobile phone contract with a runterm (either 24 months or Flex with a 1-month cancellation period). I’m sorry i can’t offer the solution you hoped for 😕

Regarding your upgrade to DSL: did you receive a welcome letter from us? We usually send this by e-mail, with something like ‘Welcome to o2’ in the subject line. In it you will find the access data for your router. Do you know whether a technician is required for the connection?

Kind regards, Rebecca

Thanks Rebecca

I haven’t received an email yet saying welcome to O2 for the DSL (I did get one for the pre-paid sim I bought the same day)

I haven;t had a letter either.

The store booked an engineer to visit.  I followed the advice that came with the router to see if I could activate myself, but the power/dsl light keeps flashing ( I guess this means the line is not active) and when I did look at the Fritzbox settings I need the username and password that I haven’t been sent yet.
