How to authorize for special conditions
If you are self-employed you can get special tariffs from o2. Check your needs and go directly to our website.
Tariffs for self-employed customers
After you signed your contract as a self-employed person please send a proof within 21 days notice to entitle for the special conditions.
This is how you prove your self-employment:
- Companies with a commercial register entry Commercial register extract with commercial register number (e.g. HRB 12345)
- Self-employed without a commercial register entry Proof of business (e.g. business registration, trade license) or
- Confirmation from the professional chamber (e.g. doctor's, press, lawyer's ID, confirmation letter from the artists' social insurance fund/farmers' association) or
- Metro first card or
- VAT ID (confirmation letter from the tax office) or
- Freelance contract
The proof can be submitted within 21 days notice of the contract being signed:
- via online upload in My O2 Take a photo of the proof (e.g. with a smartphone) or scan and upload
- via upload in the My O2 app Take a photo of the proof (e.g. with a smartphone) Upload proof at "Tariff & options" >> "SIM & contract" >> "Manage contract" >> "Proof for self-employed"
- By fax or letter Fill in the form and send it together with the relevant proof to the address or fax number provided on the form

Nice to know: If the proof is not submitted within 21 days, the special conditions will be terminated.
