Im so disappointed with 02.

 

After paying them more than 5000 euros with very little benefit, I asked them to leave, after a long struggle they said ok, and today they said noooo. What is going with you, I received this today:

your number will be transferred to your new provider on 17.06.

Why do you keep liking your own posts? And what's with the huge red text?

That email concerns only the porting of your number. What reason do you have to think the contract has not been terminated?

Hey ​@FranHB,

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your contract. If I understand correctly, you've initiated the process of transferring your phone number to another provider. Have you also canceled your contract?  Let me know if there's anything I can do to help or if I can assist you in resolving your issue with us :)
