Hi, I have a problem. I make conctract 11.11.2020 homespotM, but I can't use it because I don't have signal my speed is 0.04mbit/s I don't whant to pay something I can't use so I whant cancel that conctract. I been in store where I take it and he told me I can't make kündingung and nobody can't help me because o2 don't have technicker. I try to call but I don' have o2 number, on other numbers nobody answer. Please help me

Please send a complaint to our customer service. They will check this matter, take action for repair or agree to an extraordinary cancellation.

Where did you make the Homespot Contract? Shop or online? 

I made it in shop, but it is not possible that you can cancle only if you make it over phone or online. It's not working and nobody can help me. Every contract can be cancel in 14 days

that information is not correct, I´m afraid.

The sales channel does make a difference to the law, which states that you can withdraw from a contract made online or on the phone by making use of the Fernabsatzgsetz.

A contract made in a shop does not qualify for the use of this paragraph. The shop can try to request a cancellation, a specialized department will then take a closer look and inform the shop accordingly.

 

Either way, would you mind sharing the Adress (PLZ and name of the next Street) so we can take a look at the status?

My adresse is Botheplatz 88 69216 Heidelberg, I am mad because the signal is very bad and nobody tell me that. When I came home and turn the device I didn't have internet from the first day so it means he in the shop had to see that. It's not a problem whait a couple of days but now it is too much, I need internet that why I sighn the contract to have it but I don't have it. You will say not it's not true but I read, I can stornate contract if o2 don't fix that in 15 days
