I make conctract 11.11.2020 homespotM, but I can't use it because I don't have signal my speed is 0.04mbit/s I don't whant to pay something I can't use so I whant cancel that conctract. I been in store where I take it and he told me I can't make kündingung and nobody can't help me because o2 don't have technicker. I try to call but I don' have o2 number, on other numbers nobody answer. Please help me
