Hallo,

Ich wollte den Tarif „O2 Mobile M Boost mit 50 GB+“ haben und meine bisherige Nummer von einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen, um diesen Tarif nutzen zu können. Meine Bestellung wurde jedoch abgelehnt.

In diesem Fall möchte ich meine Rufnummer nicht zu O2 mitnehmen.

Können Sie mir sagen, wie ich stornieren kann?

i wanted to have tariff 'O2 Mobile M Boost mit 50 GB+' and carry my previous number from another provider to use this tariff. However, my order was rejected. In this case, I do not want to carry my number to O2.
How can I cancel the carrying procedure?

If your new contract has been canceled, your number will not be ported. The phone number may then remain on the old contract.

Alternatively, it can of course be ported to another contract or a prepaid card.

Do I understand correctly? Since my contract was not initiated at all, my number will not be carried and I do not have to contact any further service. Thus I will not be charged any payments either, right?

Exactly, that is completely correct.

An invoice is always only issued when a SIM card or landline connection is activated. The phone number remains with your old provider.
