Sent the documents required for Kuendigung to the fax number that was given. Called in 4 times and the Fax was not being received from O2. What should I do.

that´s unfortunate. Did you use this Fax number:
Fax: 01805 88 00 88 ?

If you did, and you encountered a problem of any kind, please send the letter of termination to:
