Hi O2 Support team,


2 years ago I have relocated to different city. The DSL line was moved, thanks to the DSL line I have the Kombi option on my 2 other contracts - at least in theory.

two years ago was deleted the Kombi from one of my mobile contract - and noone knows why. Youi have helped me here by putting some 2 years discount on my contract which was the same amount as the kombi.

unfortunatelly it is gone after 2 years.

Can you fix the Kombi option for the phone number with ends with 48 ? (best would be to reactivate the kombi again so I do not need to come here with the same problem again.)

the other mobile contract have no such problems.

seems like the call to the hotline was the solution here. just wondering why there was no answer :/

This should actually be possible as a courtesy. Why was it omitted back then?
