Normally the amount is transferred back to the payment method originally used.
How did you make the deposit, via credit card, Paypal or Klarna (immediate transfer)?

Thank you for your response. I made a one-time payment of 185.99 Euros via my Visa card from Wise. I do have all transaction details and emails provided by O2. I can provide them if there is a different way of contacting support.

I haven't heard that before. Our finance department would certainly know this.
They have confirmed that the repayment will take place within the next 4 weeks at the latest.
