Is 02 capabable of doing ANYTHING correctly?! I have been a victim to their awful services for years, and I can most definitely say, no, they are a hot mess of incompetent people working for this catastrophic company! 😡😤

I’m English and I know the English uses the words “pissed off” out of anger and frustration. That said I don’t think the choice  of words should be used here. The community is polite and they do have rules, I know O2 as a company can be frustrating . No Company is perfect.  O2 Is geared up for the rules and culture of Germany totally different from the likes of  O2 in the UK for example. When you talk about bad service it would be best if you went in to details as to why your angry. Then the problem can be looked at. WE are lucky to have Germans come in here and speak with us in English. German is the first language whilst  in other country English forms part of the second spoken language. In those countries is often  easier to get English support. By culture here I find very few company's offer English support. I’ve had the phone put down on me many times. Ok I get that. I’m lucky  my wife is German and naturally speaks native English too. If O2 is reading this comment I wish you you'd make the Telephone support system LESS complex and try to consider those customers who are not native German speakers. I want to thank all the Germans and English who offers help with O2 issues. Nice greetings from B.W.
