Issue Activating Prepaid SIM Card purchased from Mediamarkt

Hello Team,

I purchased a prepaid SIM card from MediaMarkt today and tried to activate it via o2.de/freischalten.

However, while entering the SIM card number and phone number, I receive an error message (Die Rufnummer ist nicht bekannt) and the activation does not proceed.

Details:

  • SIM card number: 894922xxxxxxx

  • Phone number: 49176xxxxxx

Could you please let me know how I can get my prepaid SIM card activated and complete the verification process?
