is it possible to forward sms to international number

Hi, 

Is it possible to forward sms to international local  number.  As my o2 is not working here (foreign lnd )some region restrictions for foreign mobile number 

I received my otp on o2 numbers , which i need . 

Sure I m aware of the cost . 

Would be good to know if i can activate here, even not having active o2 roaming/ Service  in my current place
