I just checked it now. 

Unfortunately, DHL could not deliver the iPhone 13 Pro Max to your chosen delivery address and therefore is on the way to us again. 

Did you order the phone for somebody else? Please be aware that the name of the contract owner has to be written on the letter box and on the bill. 

Please wait until the device is cancelled from our side. 

Would you then like to give it another try?

that 2nd contract has been made in the o2 Shop, is that correct?

The right of withdrawal within the first 14 days does also apply to contracts which have been made in a shop, but only to a certain extent.

Since this 2nd contract contract does not benefit from the purchase hardware (the iPhone, in this case), the right of withdrawal does not apply here, I’m afraid.

The tariff does not benefit, because no discount is bound to the hardware purchase.

If you want to cancel after the regular contract duration, please send a cancellation via letter to this adress:
