iPhone 13

Hi,

I have been an O2 customer since November 2022, I have a contract and I tried to order an iPhone 13, I paid the once -1 euro and everything with my order was successful. Now I see in the status of my package in the DHL website that the order is sent back because it does not comply to DHL shipping conditions. What does it mean ???!!!! 

this is the second time that this happens to me and I am really disappointed with O2.

I’m sorry to hear, that your package is already on the way back to us.

The message reagrding the shipping conditions could imply a broken package or a Pickup-box as delievery adress (which is not the case here). 

My co-workers already notified our delivery department, so they can sent out a new package after the first one has been processed. That may take a few days, but we’ll get there. Sorry for the inconveniences.
