iPhone 13


Hello.

In short words, I’m the customer if 02 team from the last 8 months to be honest really having a bed experiences with o2. And from the last 2 months I’m trying to order mobile devices unfortunately the delivery boy doesn’t delivered at my house. Reason,because he doesn’t found my address and I called them multiple times to change address but unfortunately the o2 staff is really shameful worker.

shame on you people really disgusting shame on you very soon I’m going to make a new contract with an alternative company I’m feed up shame on you

welcome to our community.

After the order a change of the address is not possible, because the order is already in process. In this case the better option is to cancel the former order and separately buying the product again. Did you try to change the address by yourself or said our colleagues that it’s possible?

They recommended me to change address and in fact they are doing everything.

some said we have changed your address some said we have done almost everything but they were just acting. No body was there to help me. In result I have lost my phones and got a very panic experiences. Really disappointed, disconnected, immature, irresponsible, layered people

Can I maybe provide you with more information regarding a re-order or do you already found an alternative, which I could understand after this experience. :confused:

They said we requested to our financial department and still the order isn’t going through. Please if possible call me at my number xxxxxxxxxxxx.

No body is really coperating they can only give stress nothing else .

In order to address me properly I think you people have to call me and guide me.

if you can not give me a phones then I think I have to purchase from Vodafone. They has very sincere customers department

unfortunately we cannot offer callbacks via social media, but there is a new info from the financial department. If you re-order it should be okay now. I know, this has been done before, but now it should work, the reply is from yesterday after the failed orders.

I’m going to place a new order I hope its will work. I have one question,Can I also add laptop to my order ? As I have noticed the o2 offer laptop very much peacefully

honestly I’m not sure if this will work out, because every other items has a higher chance to get rejected (independant of the issue with the phones).

I can’t promise that this will work, but it’s possible. :wink:

Hello dear.

Yesterday when I placed an order then soon I received 1 € for confirmation.

i also transferred successfully and I thought its worked.

unfortunately I received email right now that the order isn’t working.

can you please check the status? I think there’s some missing or mistake

Yes she’s Shakila a very humble person.

According to her, my order has been accepted but still it’s in progress.

could do trace the status of my order? 

Shakila promised me she will call me at 5 o’clock by today but she doesn’t called me .

I can confirm, that your order is still in progress. There won't be much happening over the weekend. I can't say exactly when the device will be shipped. However, you will be notified and will receive a tracking number from the supplier DHL so that you can follow the shipment.

Please when you get tracking number tell me also I want track it and stay at house accordingly.

Due to none tracking number I have missed my orders several time but this time will not go to office just to receive my phones

Hi . I want to purchase a MacBook Pro M1 ,grey color,512 Gb.
I tried so many times but unfortunately it’s not going through. Please make it possible for me.
As I’m a regular and punctual customer of 02.
I can write a letter to 02 because I sent them letters too many times in reply they said the computer automatically rejected my orders there’s nothing to worry about it ,just placed an order again when I placed it’s not going through.
I think if you do me a favour its will surely help me . Thanks in anticipation

if a hardware order is rejected, there is unfortunately nothing we can do about it. You may have ordered too much recently. It may be that if you wait a little, it will go smoothly again.
