Invoices


Can you email me copies of my invoices for 2020?

Your website is not working. It is apparent from a number of messages in the community and I have never been able to access my copies. 

 

I only need them for tax purposes. Many thanks.

Hello, what exactly is wrong? What kind of error message do you get?

When I click the left hand navigation on “invoice” it brings me to the O2 community page.

When I click on the link in my email when I get the email notifications it says “technical difficulties try again later”

Have you tried the App? Otherwise you can request the invoices from customer services. They will be sent to you by post.

Thats what I was hoping to do here. How do I request it from “Customer Services”

I have tried the app - looks like I’m not the only person with issues.

Is there an ETA on when the web app will be fixed?

It isn't really broken. The problems you are describing seem to be linked to your account registration.

Customer services can be contacted by telephone: https://www.o2online.de/kontakt/ 

If it is not urgent, you can wait for a moderator here to forward your request, but this will take several days.

Is it possible to fix my registration so that I can view them?

Did you already registrate all your contracts at “Mein o2”? Please follow the instructions here: Registration at "Mein o2" 

 

Afterwards, you will be able to access also your invoices.

Thanks! Yes I have registered. But bs0 says the problem is with my registration. I”m not sure how to fix that.

Is the solution to call customer service then? I am in no hurry and would love to avoid calling customer service.

Both would be great. Specifically I was just looking for Oct-Dec for tax purposes.

I have already ordered the delivery of the invoice copies for your mobile phone contracts. They will arrive by letter within the next few days. 

 

In order to send you the invoice-copies for your DSL-contract, I need some more details from you. Therefore, you have just received a private message under @o2_Support from me. Please reply there. 

 

Afterwards, I will send you also these copies to your contact-address.

H Tobias! I got your request for my phone number and four digit code but I am unable to respond. There seems to be an issue with the answer box!

Sure, 176 XXXXXXXX I think the 4 digit is 9xxx

 

edit o2_Tobias: out of data-security-reasons mobile phone number hidden. The 4-digit personal identification-code is wrong anyway.

Given this whole thread is about how i can’t even connect to my account and update it or see my invoices I’m not even sure I can! Unfortunately I was forced here.

By the way, the “Mr. somebody” that sent you the invoices was me. :wink: These are the invoices concerning your mobile phone contracts. 

 

What is still missing are the invoices for your DSL-contract. I hope you still find a way to reply at @o2_Support

oh well thank you very much!! Appreciated. 

I’m going to give up on my DSL contracts. At this point we have spent so much time back and forth I’m giving up hope. I have tried another browser and I cleared cookies - I sent the screen shot of the browser errors that perhaps you can send your help desk.

 

What would be really great is to fix my online client portal so that I can just see the invoices myself. Can we delete my account and start over somehow?

I understand that this issue goes on your nerves. 

 

In order for you to see the invoices of your DSL-contract, you need to registrate your landline-number at “Mein o2”. Please follow this link: registration at "Mein o2" as a DSL-customer

 

At the moment, you only registrated your mobile phone contract. 

 

After the registration of your DSL-landline-number, you will have access to your DSL-invoices as well. 

 

Just try it out.

Yes - registering my landline so I can see my DSL invoices worked!

I still cannot see my phone bills.

Why can´t you see the bills? Can you see the button Rechnung and there is nothing behind?

unfortunately, we did not yet receive a reply to the questions of @o2_Ines

 

But I have a suggestion for you. What do you think about extending your DSL-contract for further 24 months and to transfer your DSL-contract to your mobile phone-contracts under one customer-number. The transfer will be for free (normally 29,99 €) if you extend your DSL-contract. 

 

If you agree to this, I will first of all do the transfer to your mobile phone-contracts and afterwards give you a nice offer. 

 

Please let me know if you agree to this procedure.
