Hello @Tejaswi,

Have you registered your contract accordingly?

Hello @Vilureef ,

Yes I did . I have logged in the system, trying to find where i can get itemized bill . but didnt understand how my bill get increased from 24 euros to 61 euros .

Much appreciate your help

Hello @Tejaswi,

When you log in to the online area, you will find the “Invoices” tab. There you can download the invoice and specifically on page 2 you can see how the amount is made up.

Best regards

Hello @Tejaswi,

as Vilureef has already mentioned, you can find your invoices in Mein o2. Have you had a look there in the meantime?

The individual connections are listed on the itemized bill, if you have activated it. If not, we can also activate it for you, but only for future connections.

Best regards
Cora

Still I cannot see the itemised bill after login . I am not getting any such option. Throughout the year my bill was 24 euros ( Giga hotspot) all of a sudden for the month of November, how come its possible to get 64 euros

Hello @Tejaswi,

Unfortunately, we can only speculate here as to why your bill is suddenly twice as high as usual. Was the invoice from the previous month debited from your account normally?

In order to access your invoice as a PDF on our online portal, you must be logged in with your contract details (landline number). Here in the community you are logged in with an email address, so it is necessary that you log out here first.

If you are logged in with your landline number, you can find your invoices here: https://www.o2online.de/goto/rechnung-download/

Please let us know if you have managed it or if you have any further questions.

Best regards

Giulia
