Invoice notification received is incorrect / erhaltene Rechnungsbenachrichtigung ist falsch

Hi,

 

I receive monthly bill from O2, but I cancelled my account several years ago. Can you check this for me please? My account number is XXXXXX, email address is XXXXXX

Thanks Andrea, I’ve also received another two emails stating “the invoice amount is wrong”. What’s going on with my account? Is it still active or my email address is linked to another people’s account?
