Hi, I need help getting an invoice for a prepaid top-up payment I made in mid February 2022. It is nowhere to be found within my online account (or at least I’m unable to locate it).
Just to clarify: I’m looking for an invoice I can use for my tax return, NOT an itemised list of calls/messages.
How do i go about getting such invoice? Many thanks.

There are no invoices for the top-ups because nothing is being bought or a service provided here. The money is only converted into virtual money (credit).
Sales tax only applies when you use the credit (telephony, SMS, packs etc.). You can request a sales tax receipt (Umsatzsteuerbeleg) from o2 Prepaid Customer Care (or someone here from o2), which you will receive by post.
