Invoice for prepaid top up payment

Hi, I need help getting an invoice for a prepaid top-up payment I made in mid April. It is nowhere to be found within my online account (or at least I’m unable to locate it).

Just to clarify: I’m looking for an invoice I can use for my tax return, NOT an itemised list of calls/messages.

How do i go about getting such invoice? Many thanks.

I just arranged it for you. :ballot_box_with_check: The bills are on their way to you.

I have also entered that you will receive the future invoices monthly by letter, in case you need them again for tax purposes :)

Hi! May I please have the invoices (which include VAT) for my prepaid sim card sent to me from August 2023 and onwards and continue sending them for future purchases my postal address/email. Thank you.
