Invoice for L-Pack purchases

Hello 

I need invoices (bills, statements of purchase, for the purchases I have made with O2 over the last months. I can only find listings of the data usage, but no invoices / PDF copies of the purchases made. Could you please send these to me?

please contact us via chat or hotline to request the “Umsatzteuerbeleg”.

This form does include all the transactions made with the available credits, but does not include the purchase of the credits or vouchers.
