I actually did. And I am trying this everywhere since yesterday.

If you cannot view your contract in the customer portal, it means you haven't logged in with your contract details. Instead, you have created a prospective customer account (for non-customers).

Did you already register your contract there: Registrierung auf Mein o2?

What type of contract is it (prepaid, mobile plan, landline, or hardware)?

I have bought a handy in installments yesterday. I have gotten the order confirmation. And I also paid the one time fee. 

With one-time fee you mean a down payment? You need to wait until you receive a contract number, then use that to register. The invoice won't be available until the phone has been sent.

Yes, with the contract number you can then register via the link given by o2_Giulia and then manage your instalment plan 🙂

Hallo, I have gotten my phone. But this problem persists, continually. That I can't login to O2 via anything.  Every time I try to login, it just goes to help center and tell me to login again and again.  Also, I have gotten two emails to confirm my mails, and when I click to the link, it tells me to login, and of course,  I can't login!!! 

I don't know what is this glitch with this website.  It never takes you to login. 

It is not a glitch, you need to register a new account with the contract number, otherwise your account is not linked to a contract and there is nothing to show.

please wait until you receive the invoice by letter. It should arrive only a few days after the smartphone.

You will find your contract number on it, which you can use to register for Mein o2.

I have gotten this mail three times till now. And when I click this it comes to the login page. But I can't login.
