Hello, please I keep getting this popup anytime I open my o2 app and I don’t think I have any outstanding payment as at the moment can someone please help me with this  “uncertainties about the invoice.There are ambiguities regarding your bill, so are  Changes are only possible to a limited extent.  Please check if open arrears and settle them immediately.“

Your payment for the mobile phone contract and the phone was recorded on 7 April. It can sometimes take a few days for everything to be entered into our system in the same way. The reminder should disappear soon.
