Invalid SIM Karte

Hello,

Today my iPhone is giving me the error of “Invalid SIM”.

I tried it with another SIM card and the phone works fine, so it seems to be a problem with my current SIM card.

I cannot even request a replacement SIM card because the O2 application gives me this error:

 

Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte probieren Sie es später noch einmal oder versuchen es alternativ in der Mein O2 App.

Ihr O2 Team

 

Is this a known issue?

Hi @Luis Valverde ,

 

you account for this forum is not connected to a contract, which is why I can’t look up the details.

That may be of some importance for SIM, too. Can you try logging into “Mein o” with your telephone number as Username?

 

If you’re already doing that and that’s not the error, we’ll gladly switch to personal messages in order to exchange data requiered for the SIM-Replacement.
