internet speed is to slow


Hello, how can i check my balance? And my internet speed is to slow and i bought it like 5 days ago, i bought 6.5 gb and didnot use it at all. What could be done?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Have you already registered your contract in mein o2? You should be able to see just about everything that you need there, including thow much data volume you’ve used for the month as well as your account balance.
Concerning the speed you should take a look at the LiveCheck if anything concering issues with the net in your area is known to us, else you can also report issues there yourself.
