Internet service problem

Hello

We've been having issues with the internet service in the area we live in. The internet I use at home (o2 unlimited max) and the internet on my phone don't work. Basic phone calls also didn't work yesterday, but started working today. My neighbours also experience the same issue and anyone with o2 who enters our street. When we move away, 1-2km for example, our phone internet works normally. This started yesterday around 10 am. Before that we never had any issues here. I've spoken to customer service twice and they said that there shouldn't be any issues in my area and suggested that we restart the router, which obviously doesn't solve the problem.

What can we do since the problem is connected to that specific area and I am not getting the help from customer service? It's the Neufelde area in Hamburg, specifically Marschkamper Deich street.
