internet data immediate cancellation refund

Hello!

 

After recharging my credit using PayPal from the official o2online website, I bought the my Prepaid Data Pack XL by mistake and immediately cancel the my Prepaid Data Pack . Can you please help me understand how the refund occurs in this case

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

Normally you would simply have the package canceled via our customer support.

Since you have already deactivated it, this is no longer possible. I have therefore credited you the fees for the package. You can use the credit for new bookings.
