Internet and mobile services reactivation

Hello! Anyone knows if I can get my internet and mobile services reactivate sooner? I paid my overdue bill just today at 11 am. I received a notification that the biller already received it. I just thought it will be reconnected within 2 hours. If not, can I call the costumer‘s service and have the  reconnect it? Thank you.

As a rule, the reactivation takes place within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Everything should be working again by now, can you confirm this?
