I am currently in Pakistan and did not activate roaming on my O2 once I left Germany. I need to do a bank transfer and need to receive a mobile TAN on German mobile number. Please let me know if it is possible to activate roaming from outside Germany in Pakistan. If yes, please let me know how can i do this?

I just checked everything. We do not have Roaming blocked in our systems. Therefore, it should be possible for you to use mobile data connections.
Please check the settings of your device. You can use this help to activate mobile internet abroad . Just choose your device that you use.
