International call rates to India

I have an O2 prepaid sim in Germany. I want to make international calls to India using this sim. Kindly tell me the international call rates to India from Germany and is there any service provided by O2 in Germany like the International Bolt On service provided by O2 in UK to reduce the international call rates?

Calls to India are charged with 0,99 EUR/min. Unfortunately there are no packages to reduce the costs. Just for your info: you can’t call any numbers starting with +910. This number range is barred.
