Why my iphone 15 pro max installments information doest not appears on the mobile app? How can I know that, how many installments left? or any other info. Please let me know

Register your contract number and you will see it.

Bumer has already provided a helpful tip here - please register as an o2 my mobile phone customer in the customer portal. To do this, you will need the contract number for the device, which you can find on the delivery note or invoice. You can then use this to log in and view the payment plan.

If you have registered your contract number, you should also be able to see your installment plan via the login. 🤔

No its not. When in 2024 I purchased it I used to saw it but now what happens dont really know but no appears anymore

I only saw the data plan of my sim card and the bill of my sim card of every month. nothing else

But my friend can see everything on his O2 mobile app. Then why can I not...? That is why I am sending  message, maybe to solve the issue

Then you are not logged in with the my Handy contract. Go to Forgotten Username.

Contract number is cell phone number? and personal customer ID?

The contract number is on your device invoice.
