Or you can explain your issue here and maybe someone can help you.
I order a phone with buds but the buds didn't come on the package.
Just want to know if they Will send me the buds or i can go to the shop pick up them.

Was ist a special offer? Which phone? You probably have to register your purchase and they will be sent to you by the promoter.
