Incredible billing

My internet package is supposed to be 40€ monthly but I've always been overcharged. I've twice returned my router to the agent from where I bought this package but they promised to rectify it. Last bill was above 100€ but I didn't pay and service has been disconnected. 

Please cancel this crazy contract and tell me where to post your router to.

I regret that you are not happy with your o2 homespot. 

 

May I ask you for the reason that you do not like the o2 homespot?

 

I see that you returned the o2 homespot and that you have sent us an extraordinary cancellation. But without giving us any reason for your cancellation, we have only the possibility to cancel the contract to the end of the 24-month-period. 

 

Therefore, I would like to ask you to send us an extraordinary cancellation that indicates also the reason for your cancellation.
