incoming and out going call is not responding

Dear O2

I am facing a problem from last  two weeks.  I cant make any phone call and no one can call me.  How can i resolve  this problem.  

Info.  My phone settings are okay there is no problem in my settings.

​@Sarif You surely have someone in your family or circle of friends whose phone you can insert your SIM card into and test, right? 🤔 This would be important to know whether the problem lies with your phone or your SIM card - so that we can then proceed accordingly.

    Did you put the SIM card in another phone to check if it damaged? If the SIM works in another phone there might be a problem with the device. 

    I checked your settings. There is no barring in our system.

     Dear O2. 

    I didn’t  check with another phone. But  the internet is completely  okay.  I can use internet.  That's  why i checked   all the settings of my phone. And it all was okay.   

    Just only calls doesn’t  working.
