I have been unable to access my prepaid SIM card for a couple of months and just gave up completely after multiple tries. Not realizing that some of my personal accounts and WhatsApp was still attached to that number.
Now my WhatsApp has logged out on its own and i would like to have it back as very important information for me was on that account. Just a few months ago i could still access my online account with my old number but that's not working too. I think the number has been deactivated maybe?
Is there any way where I can reactivate my old prepaid sim card number after a long time of inactivity or request the same number again with a new sim card? I have moved out of Germany to another European country.
Would appreciate a response from one of your customer representatives.

How long exactly was it since you last topped up your credit on your prepaid SIM card?
After 6 months without a top-up, the phone number will be deactivated.
After that, we no longer have the option to reactivate this phone number.
