if my contract is already ended at 24 month and i want to cancel it do i need to send back my phone?

On june 2024 I ordered a s24 ultra mit vertrag at saturn and i need to pay 55 euro per month and if i waited till 24 month and then i want to cancel it  do i need to send back my phone or not ? Because i didnt found it on my contract and on the app it only state the paymenent on the internet but it doesnt state that i have a payment on the phone itself. Bcs i ordered a z fold 7 a month ago and on the app it tells me the payment for the phone and the internet so im confused.

The phone already belongs to you. You paid for it immediately with a one-time payment to Saturn and don't have to return it.

I forgot to add that the one time payment i only need to pay 1 euro. So does it still means the phone is mine or not ? Bcs i really confused

Bumer gave you the correct answer already. You don’t have to send the device back. You have paid for the device over the term of your contract, so it is yours.

You didn't pay for it during the contract term, but when you signed the contract. Incidentally, the device comes from Saturn and not from o2.
